One urgent recommendation: change the settings of majordomo so that:
1. It does not bounce list messages that contain an "admin request".
2. It sends bounce messages also back to the poster, (to prevent the
"black-hole experience").

I am posting this to the list, rather than to listadmin, because other
posters may have had the same experience.
