RE: [wg-c] Merging WG1 and WG3

	It appears, then, that we have consensus that for the time being at least,
we should conduct all of our discussion on the wg-c list.  (Kent, Javier,
Ivan and Siegfried have expressed agreement, and to my knowledge nobody is
opposed.)  Am I missing anything?
