I am submitting the attached as comments to the ICANN RFC for consideration
at your meeting on the 18th.
The financial services community has long been engaged in discussions both
within our community and with the Internet Community and USG for several
years about the possibility of creating a global financial services GTLD that
could provide financial instititutions and their customers with a robust
network and rules infrastructure to support the demands of high value and
highly sensitive financial transactions and information.
