[registrars] Amadeu elected to the icann board

I am most pleased to announce that amadeu abril has been elected to a 2 year
term to the icann board.
this is an esteemed honor and reflects his dedicated work to the transition
process.

i am also very proud of the fact that the registrar  constituancy has
representation on the board and look forward to working very hard with
amadeu and the entire board to insure that we receive
equitable treatment in the future.

i would publicly like to thank richard and erica roberts for the yeoman's
job they have been doing.
they have been up till all hours of the night in the pacific rim and deserve
commendation from us all.

my very best wishes to you all and i look forward to seeing you in LA
