Hello all,

Just to clarify my last mail, the teleconference currently
has space only for the provisional Names Council members
or designated observers from the yet to be formed constituencies.
The conference will be webcast though, so anyone should be
able to observe.  I believe the url will be posted on
the http://www.dnso.org home page.  There also should be
a way to post comments real time.
