[registrars] Deletes Task Force Update
The Deletes Task Force final report has been revised based on the recommendations of the implementation committee. The Task Force is now taking a vote to accept it. Hopefully, we can have a final vote by tomorrow, as that will allow the Council to vote on the report and forward it to the board in Montreal.
