I was outside counsel to, among other clients, America's Carriers
Telecommunication Association, an association of long distance carriers that
filed the Internet Telephony petition with the FCC.  For the last three
years, prior to joining Network Solutions, I was in-house counsel to
Teleglobe, an international carrier and Tier 1 IP backbone provider.

By any chance, are you the same Brian Cute who used to work for America's 
Carriers Telecommunications Association, which petitioned the Federal 
Communications Commission to start regulating Internet telephony?
