I (maybe other registrars too) was hoping that somebody from your company
would respond to our concerns that day when we were talking about the issue,
but we did not hear anything. I then decided to write your company the email
so to make it as an official complaint. I don't think you should take it as
an offense. We appreciate and thank you for your attention to the matter.
