RE: [registrars] Fw: Domain Renewal (SORSBYART.BIZ)

Rick,

Perhaps we should be writing to his upstream provider of TCP/IP. Typically
spam harbourers are shut off by the larger ISP's that they get their feed
from.

I spent some time today talking with the owner, a completely clueless and
uncooperative ass who is uninterested in preventing or stopping the spam
or shutting down the website and believes the owner of the websote is just
in what they are doing.

I hope others will call and sicusss this situation with Joe as he didn't
seem to understand his liability.

name or even real contact information. We have contacted the site's hosting
company, ValuNet, in an attempt to have the site shut down, but they were
generally uncooperative. ValuNet's contact information is:

have also contacted NSI, the registrar for this name, with an incorrect
whois notification, so that the name would be placed on lock or hold.

days before a court order can be obtained, so direct immediate contacts by
registrars to Valuenet are still necessary in the interim.
