Fellow registrars Please see the attachments below. There will be two drafts which will comprise the large part of the Whois TF final report. They are attached below and relate only to accuracy and bulk access. Searchability and Uniformity will not really be addressed substantively in the final report, as they will be the focus for additional work in the medium- to long-term. If anyone has any comments, please let either myself, tim denton, or philip grabensee know & cc to the registrar list. These drafts were not really in final form earlier this wk, and the TF Chair, Marilyn Cade, has asked for constituency statements just now.
