Re: [registrars] Registrars rep for deletes task force

This approach worked well as the constituency worked its way through the
transfers issue. If you all remember, there were a few of us that worked on
a document that was eventually adopted by the constituency prior to tabling
it with the TF. Ultimately, this document became the core of attention
within the TF. No comment on the constituency having multiple reps within
the TF other than to say that the continuity that I was able to create as
the sole Transfers TF rep was useful as it was very evident within the TF
who spoke on behalf of registrars and who had the capability to make
decisions etc., on behalf of the constituency. It might work with multiple
reps, but I can't really say.

I'd propose that we appoint the three volunteers to draft a position that we
can adopt as a constituency (within very quick timelines - ie - 4-5 days),
acclaim fresh-faced Tim while he's still willing to volunteer as the sole TF
rep and then expand or change as needed based on the dynamics of this
particular TF going forward. (There's no reason why we can't replace or add
to the representation on the TF in the future provided that the chair of the
TF is willing).

My $0.02, back to my turkey now...:)

Thanks,
