Attached please find minutes of the discussion held at the registrars meeting.


As soon as I can I shall send out a ballot on the proposed WLS. This was the only matter 
that was dealt with by an informal vote in the meeting.

We will be looking for an indication of the constituency's views on this matter. DO NOT 
VOTE or comment now in response to this email. You need to see the Report prepared by 
Ross Rader and the conclusions and recommendations of that report.
