[registrars] Domain Transfers Practices

Just to clarify things, the two posts I made today about were to notify
everyone that the Transfer issue is getting serious enough that some folks
are looking at litigation.

Neither of the two items I posted today are actual lawsuits, just folks
looking at filing.

I know of no current case against a Registrar in regards to their
registrar transfer practices
