Ideally, I would like to get the definition of AA to the point where both
explicit and implicit grants of AA become self-evident. It is a tall-order,
but based on the feedback that I have received thus far, it seems
achievable.

Once I get a solid handle on all of the feedback on the issue, I will be
summarizing and restating to the constituency to ensure that we are all
onside with my interpretation of all of the feedback.
