Dear Tara:  Phil Scarbaro cautions all of us to avoid that word, 
"Owner".  As "Registrars", we provide a service, we don't sell a "thing", 
we provide a service.

That said, I'm not sure what you mean by "that of Owner".  Can you provide 
additional details?
