Dear Larry:  I printed out the 20+ pages of technical stuff from the 
hypertext in Stuart's first letter.  There is a clear rule against 
warehousing by registry or affiliate.  It's near the end of the document, 
perhaps 2-3 pages from the end.  Make a ctrl-f search for "wholly" or "owned".
