Re: [registrars] Registrar Agenda - Budget

I suggest we also include on the agenda a report from the Registrars NC
reps.
Key issues on which feedback/guidance fwould be useful from the Registrars
constituency include:
1.  The DNSO review;
2. The proposal to develop a DNSO business plan and seek input from the
constituencies on key objectives for the next 12 months, etc.
3. Funding the DNSO/Names Council Secretartiat.
