Folks, I just learned that we were changing our time in Amsterdam.
I can understand that this will present a major problem for those in the US.
I can see whether it is possible to have the WHOIS item late on the agenda, which
might at least make it more feasible?

The DNSO has apparently changed the start time of its teleconference to 8 am
UTC which is 3 am EST on the 14th, which will have an impact on the quality
and quantity of participation from the US.

I will not be attending the Amsterdam meeting in person. The DNSO web site
currently lists a 3pm start time for a teleconference NC meeting on December
14. Assuming that start time is local time in Amsterdam, I should be able
to participate by telephone if the teleconference is open to non-NC
representatives.

Dear Task Force

As co-chairs, Antonio and I greatly appreciate the work that you are doing
to ensure that there is a policy recommendation related to WHOIS for the
Amsterdam ICANN meeting.

Can you confirm your attendance in person in Amsterdam, and also your
availability via conf. call, should you not attend, for the time of the NC
meeting. We would like the full TF to be on the phone and available to the
NC considerations.

Regards, Marilyn and Antonio
