You may want to check on why my message to you was deleted from the archives. 
 Having been designated a member of this committee with posting rights, I am 
somewhat taken aback by this action.

A discussion of the review process itself would be a good way to get started, 
and I welcome your suggestions.  Perhaps you may wish to post the relevant 
portions of the RAA for the benefit of committee members...
