just for clarification as the Intake Committee prepare the LA
agenda.
Is the idea you proposed for the NC to discuss "TLDs and IP"
now encapsulated in the NSI white paper: "gTLD Registry Best Practice"
which contains a reference to the UDRP and start-up ?
If not and you are proposing something in addition to this
please specify.
