[nc-intake] Additional information to Intake topic / NC decision tomorrow

Colleagues,

Tomorrow call will bring the issue of the Names Council Chair,
see Philip contribution to the NC list:
    http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/council/Arc04/msg00367.html
To facilitate you the corresponding para is:
    Names Council chair
    -------------------
The NC chair will be elected by the members of the NC by simple
majority vote and will hold office for a period of six months.
One renewal, subject to a fresh vote, of six months will be
allowed. A retiring chairman will not be eligible for re-election
for a period of one year.

Last year the NC members stated it was appropriate to try to have
a kind of equilibrum in chairing the NC.
The statistics per Constituency attached below indicate that
NCDNH, Business, or ISPCP are eligible to provide the next NC Chair.
On yesterday Budget Sub-commitee call it was suggested to rotate
regions as well. Taking into account all the maths as above and below
the list of eligibles, certainly larger that volunteers to do
the hard work could be:
Business Europe (.uk) - Philip Sheppard philip.sheppard@aim.be
Business AsiaPac (.jp) - a person replacing Masanobu Katoh
ISPCP AsiaPac (.jp) - Hirofumi Hotta h.hotta@hco.ntt.co.jp
ISPCP LatinAC (.ar) - Antonio Harris harris@cabase.org.ar
ISPCP Europe (.de) - Michael Schneider sastre@anwalt.de
NCDNH AsiaPac (.kr) - Youn Jung Park yjpark@myepark.com
NCDNH Africa (.mr) - Zakaria Amar zakaria@univ-nkc.mr
NCDNH Europe (.fr) - Dany Vandromme vandrome@renater.fr
