Seems to me that the subgroup, lead by Erica was made from Erica, myself,
Elisabeth and Peter De Blanc.
Did I miss someone?

As I told before, I have already a teleconf for the NCC adcom at the same
time. I cannot attend both.
I would prefer to see the nc-budget planned wit more formalism than just
as derivation of that specific subgroup made of 3 or 4 individuals.
