RE: [nc-budget] question without answer so far

I appreciate the need to progress issues relating to the advertsing and 
selection of a professional secretariat for the NC.  This will clearly be a 
topic for discussionat the NC meeting tomorrow morning and I would hope we 
will be able to complete recommendations relating to the selection criteria 
and process by the end of next week.  Hopefully, this can be done on-line but 
we may need a teleconf.

I expect to complete an initial draft for consideration this weekend.  I look 
forward to discussing this next week.
