Unless ICANN has used that zone file data to slowly and quietly walk
through your WHOIS database to take a copy of all the ownership data as
well.

THEN you're ripe for a redelegation.

I wasn't happy with the way ICANN was being run 3 years ago. I'm even LESS
ahppy with what they've evolved into now. I wouldn't let them ANYWHERE NEAR
my zone files if I was running a ccTLD.

If I had a domain within a ccTLD, I'd be VERY UPSET with the delegated
authority if they were supplying ICANN with the full zone file.

Got that, Domainz/InternetNZ??? :^)
