  Indeed this is also incorrect in your context here Kent.  Indeed
the members of the IPC are organizational.  But not all of them
collectively represent their members, as some of them are also our
[INEGroup] members.  Just like the now newly structured ISOC,
which now longer has individual members that have a voice and a
vote it's elected officers are only elected buy the organizational
members of various status's.  Hence, to make such a blanket statement
in rebut to Danny's is quite misleading...
