Carl, Vint and all assembly members,

  Carl is right here I believe.  I too could not find any requirement or even
suggestion that any information in the reporting requirements that indicates
in any way that any proprietary information for a new TLD should be
excluded from public review nor could any of our legal staff.  Hence Vint
there seems to be some concern here that transparency is being considered
to be purposefully missing in such new TLD requests/proposals.
