Eric and all assembly members,

  Yes I saw it.  However one post on outcry by one assembly member,
does not an outcry make.  Perhaps you should be a little more
proactive and register outcry.org and do something with it?  Or perhaps
you can go to NYC and the Hackers conference on July 12-14
and make a REAL "Outcry" presentation.  See:
