Leah and all assembly members,

  Oh Jamie's voice is being heard.  The problem is that the ICANN
BoD and staff along with Ex-Board member Esther Dyson and
Denise are just ignoring those many voices.  It is clear as it has
been from the beginning that the than ICANN "Interim" board
and staff had and still has not intention of owning up to their
mandate and contractually responsibilities of the White Paper
and the MoU to which they are now plainly in abeyance
of.
