Quite the contrary. See Ant Brooks response to
my query at the link above. You might also recall
that the government of South Africa wanted WIPO 2,
partly because they coveted southafrica.com. If
the S.A. government is dischanted with ICANN, it
is for not having a more restrictive UDRP. -g
