  Yeah this is a couple of day sold now.  Old news as they say.
But none the less it points out how governments are becoming increasingly
disenchanted with ICANN and their behind the scenes meddling with
ccTLD's and trying to force down the throats of their oligarchic policies
without consultation and approval of the Stakeholders/users on ccTLD
managers or the countries to which they belong governments...
