I quite agree Ken, one really must think twice about any old member of the
Board keeping tabs on what the Staff are doing. I mean, it's not as though
they have an absolute right to know what's going on ...wait a minute...yes
they do! Well, aside from that, it's not as though they are personally
liable for Staff incompetence....uh oh...wait a minute... yes they are!
