  This (your suggestion) is a poor method of validating anything.
Who knows at this juncture if or when these archives
of this Forum will disappear as the Domain Policy archives
did. A registered ballot from the GA secretariat yes or no
to support is much better and shows documented
confirmation.  Otherwise Joops idea of using the polling
booth with a independent DB of the results in addition
would work better as well..
