Thank you. Does this apply to the dnso as well? i.e. the NC? the GA? Or is
"the meeting" just the meeting of the Board?

In any case, my main point wasn't simply or even primarily about access,
but about your personal role in agenda-setting and the importance of
setting aside time for focus on this important issue of NC manipulation of
the TF/WG rules.
