[ga] Registrars' conference call on WLS and Deleted Domains Issue

Hi folks,

For those following this issue, the summary document at:

is of importance. It looks like there's no consensus to support it
amongst registrars. One can see other posts on that list at:

http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/registrars/Arc01/mail30.html

Proceeding forward, is there anything more that needs to be done? It
was proposed that the DNSO GA group prepare a document (Chuck Gomes of
Verisign talked about listing "requirements" that a proposal should
meet to be acceptable to this constituency). Does anyone feel that is
still appropriate? If ICANN is watching this list, it would be nice to
get some input as to what their decision-making process is, with a
formal process for input.
