I think there is one question that was not asked that should have been,

  11. Is the GA doing its job?

IMNSHO, the GA could do great things, no matter what anyone else says. I
see nothing but bickering from the GA; I hope the GA will stand and
the interested will provide input into the process, no matter how broken
ICANN is, when large groups of folks AGREE people listen; when a few loud
mouths post alot of krap people just tune out and discount the entire GA.

If you have ideas you want to see executed, collect the masses, write the
documents; if you want to continue to disservice the GA post more krap.
