Dear Leah,

You are too kind, using words like should and IMO really do not do justice.

Any failure of even the smallest ISP to have a colo is irresponsible at
best.  Certainly if a half baked-technically ignorant dope like myself
understands that, then any large firm which ignores it is almost criminal.

{where was the colo for NetSols domain policy list, I'll bet the feds could
find some sedition in there?}
