I would like to follow up on this comment (snipped from a much larger post)
made by our Chair.

I would guess that those 31 that voted comprise of 80% plus of the names in
the world wide ccTLD space as well as 90% of the ICANN funding 'requests'
for the ccTLD's.

This falls quite well on the standard 80/20 rule. Based on this I think
saying that so few of the total ccTLD's voting is a smoke screen. I do not
see people saying only 70 odd people voted about of 350 (or so) for the 2
recent GA votes making them any less valid.

I would welcome an exact % of names and funding if someone is interested in
doing the leg work.
