Bruce and all assembly members,

  We [INEGroup] amongst others predicted before MDR that the ccTLD's
would have to make a choice.  The article points out nicely the "Nuclear

Option" that they posses.  Couple this with New.Net, and other Root
structures,
seems to point directly with what we[INEGroup] have known for almost
2 yrs, that the ICANN BoD doesn't have the breadth or level of support
is perports to have...
