Hi Bruce

Thank you very much for your post about New.Net's proposals for ICANN.  It
purports to be a paper suggesting a reconstruction of ICANN's role and, as
such, it would appear to be relevant to the GA-ICANN mailing list.

In fact it is very specifically focussed on "alternative roots".
I will repost this to the GA-ROOTS list for further discussion.
