Great idea: differentiation. Let the TM lobby have their .TOP (Trademark
Or Patent) TLD (chartered). They can have their legal battles in there and
pay for it. Only TM's of standing (meaning not just applied etc.) could
apply for a .TOP. Application needs human checking, so would cost at least
$1000. Which makes it exclusive (not interesting fro cybersquatters),
which makes it interesting commercially. Great business opportunity and
great for free speech. What more can we ask?

A lease of this great idea is available from me for a nominal fee (per
domain registered) :-)
