Right.

In fact, there was no need for making efforts of deduction, it was

Not at all.
Official requests, and yours is one by your own definition, have to go 
to the official channel.
The address is the one that Harald has provided to you already.

If you don't like my assumptions, I'm afraid you have to provide me with
 more information on what you want.

What do you mean by "service on the DNSO"? There is no single point of 
entry, it depends on the type of service you need.
For instance, if it is about the mailing list, the contact is the 
Listadmin, if it is about the Web site, it is the Webmaster, if it is 
about legal matters, well you know that already, so the answer is: "It 
depends".

Maybe the service you are looking for is not provided yet, like the 
address for complaints about abusive language, but it will be 
implemented soon: please stay with us and have patience, we are working 
for you!
