Michael and all,

  Everything ICANN gets is filtered in some manner or another, or filed
in the circular file.  I would think you you would by now be very well
aware of this from past publicized experiences.
  Don't expect a response to any proposal items for the agenda for Cairo
to be acknowledged any time soon except maybe a couple of days
before the Cairo meeting.
