thank you michael - you legal advice is correct.  By the way - this is Joe
Baptista - of course.

However there is a "benefit" in doing this, it appropriately discredits
the DNSO as a democratic organization.

Canadian too and pretty well everywhere else where the concept of
democracy exists.
