I personally don't like the notion of refusing the right to post (until
the extreme situation in which the postings of others are blocked due to
resource starvation.) 

However, I do think it is reasonable (and apparently necessary) that there
be an accurate and reliable identity (so that those of us who want to
filter can apply filters.)
