It is probably old news now, but the NC messages related to the voting
process have been online in "almost real time" at:
http://www.dnso.org/votes/vote03/Archives/maillist.html. BTW, that's where I
knew I had been elected already on Friday morning ;>).

It is very troubling indeed that there has been no participation to the
nomination process by the GA. I don't think we really had issues about
verification, just large abstention.

You bet.
I personally think that this is the most urgent task.
