Ok, so who's going to tell A. Maclaughlin to stop using pobox.com?
Surely someone of his stature has a corporate mail address to use for
communications?

Are we now going to decide participatory status based on ISP? If so,
can we eliminate AOL, WebTV, UUNet, @Home, Prodigy, a whole lot of
.edus, and a lot of .kr and .jp, as well as anything associated with
Verio? I've found their users to be annoying and spam-happy.

Perhaps we should eliminate chicago.il.us because we all know how
those Chicagoans love to adhere to the "vote early, vote often" credo.
Could be disruptive in future votes.
