I would settle for a mailing list system that permitted participants concerned
with such things to require a password be inserted into a header that is
stripped before sending. This would require people to be careful about the
reply feature to avoid inadvertantly sending their password to people, and
thus would cut down on some of the unnecessary CC'ing that goes on.

I doubt Richard is interested, he has shown that he likes this type of
behavior, and actively encourages it, supports it, and provides refuge to the
perpetrator.

Only thing that has stopped me in the past from just outright blocking the
vrx.net network is that one of my users reads the IFWP list for some reason
unknown to me. Fortunately, I notice he is using a forwarding address now, so
this shouldn't be a concern any longer. I would be happy to remove the blocks
when vrx.net decides to be a responsible member of the net community.
