While we're at it, we could also suggest that banks charge for both
withdrawals when a ready teller is used, and a surcharge on top of that
when a different bank is used other than the one where the account holder
has his/her account.

Also, we could further suggest that this other bank charge the non-account
holder fo the courtesey of having their banks ready teller available to do
the transaction.

Wait a miniute! They're already ripping people off that way.
