Yes.  Trademark rights are limited by many things.  They include:

noncommercial use - a you may generally use a trademark for non 
commercial purposes
geographic limitations - a trademark is limited to the jurisdiction 
in which it is registered
confusion - use that does not confuse the consumer as to the source 
of a product or service is generally allowed
