In the future to cover the DNSOrg, what should be done is that the Majordomo
response page for subscribing to the GA list or ANY list for that matter
should have a memorandum to the subscriber that they must also address
voting requirements if they want to be counted in. Otherwise what you are
creating is a system in which the participant has to continually leap over
new hurdles to qualify themselves that they will not know about by reading
the website and this is unacceptable.

Oh I also sent mail to the Registrar's Webmaster's that they misspelled the
word 'representatives' on the existing webpage...

Where is this rule disseminated to the public - Not on the registration
page, and not by the person calling for the vote herein.
